Our Contract Administrator's
At Darnley, we provide experienced and fully qualified administrators who are appointed at the beginning of your project and stay with you to assist through every stage of the journey. They will be your key point of contact through out the process, dealing with any of your concerns and advising from colour selection through to handing over the keys to your new home. Your contract administrator together with your supervisor will work with the rest of the Darnley team to deliver quality assurance, open communications and unparalleled customer service.
Our Building Supervisors
Laurie Newnham is 47 years of age, married with two children. He is a second-generation builder that has been in the industry for 30 years, as a contractor, running his own business and as a project manager. A member of the Darnley team since 2007, he has been a registered builder since 1988 and has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of trades. His strengths include his attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects, managing trades people, and liaising with clients.
Brian Robinson has over 47 years experience in the building business, as a builder and construction manager. His experience has covered all aspects of industry, including planning, pricing, negotiating, design, liaison with councils and surveyors, insurance inspections, financing, building and supervising. Since joining Darnley in 2002, Brian has developed a strong capacity meet the needs of Darnley's clients; inspiring confidence through his professionalism, sensitive approach, strong organisational skills and sense of humour.
