Step 1: Initial contact
Meet with the team at Darnley to discuss your ideas, needs and requirements for a new home. We'll walk you through the homes in the range, our process and if you already have a site, we'll give you an opinion on what design might work best. If there is a specific home that you think meets your requirements, we'll give you the initial documentation including plans and specifications for you to take away and review. If you would like to make refinements to the floor plan or add additional options, we'll send you amended documentation.
